After living in dormitory for a year, John has decided to rent an apartment nearby the school. He is a clean person and not everyone loves cleanliness as much as he does. He is also a morning person so he always tries and go to bed at 10pm, but his roommate always get home after 12am.

If you want to end your agreement early and find a subletter, you will need to inform landlord way in advance and have them approve first. Do you want to schedule a tour tomorrow?

We will need acopy of your passport, your I-20, proof that you areable to pay the rent, like proof of financialassistance, SSN if you have one, proof of good credithistory or co-signer informaton if you don’t havesufficient credit history.
